Processing

Back Muscle Solutions is a small team with a lot of grit. Allow 1-3 days for your order to be processed for shipping. Please understand that we are humans (not bots) packing each shipment individually. We will do our best to send your order in a timely manner.

Shipping

Once packages are shipped, Back Muscle Solutions has no control over what carriers do. Please be mindful that we are not a shipping company.

If a package is delayed from expected arrival (factoring in processing time), or if a package is stolen, please contact jake@backmusclesolutions.com and we will do our best to make the situation right.

Delayed Shipping (U.S. only): Do not expect delivery on the estimated date at checkout. In 2024, shipping carriers can be unreliable in their estimates and 1-2 day delays are essentially the norm. If your package is delayed beyond 3 business days, you are subject to a refund for the shipping costs. Contact jake@backmusclesolutions.com with any shipping questions or tracking updates.

Black Friday: All black Friday orders will be shipped the following Monday.

Pricing

Barring promotion, shipping fees are applied at checkout based on location and cart weight.
