After Using the QL Claw, It has become a vital part of my everyday routine. It’s perfectly designed to release any muscle knots throughout the body and has done wonders on my back. I highly recommend It to any one that deals with muscle tightness, especially athletes
How Does QL Claw Work?
QL Claw's unique function lies in its ability to target the thick, structural Quadratus Lumborum (QL) muscle in the lumbar spine region. The user lays on the floor with the Claw perpendicular to the spine, while the ramp portion shifts the center of gravity over to the trigger - placing pressure directly on the QL muscle.
QL Claw is not limited to the Quadratus Lumborum muscle... it is versatile: QL Claw has multiple uses and can effectively release the 5 main muscles that contribute to low back pain: Quadratus Lumborum, Gluteus Medius, Piriformis, Psoas, and Iliacus.
