The two Pectoral muscles (Left to Right): Pectoralis Major and Minor. These muscles shorten when sitting with rounded shoulder posture - a slouch and the Hunchback of Notre Dame share the characteristic of tight pectoral muscles. Tight pecs can lead to unhealthy shoulder position, and can cause a cascade of spinal deformity in the upper back and neck.
